About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leadership and Growth Expert to join our team as a Regional Director of Sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, a strong understanding of the multifamily housing industry, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, managers, and residents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $155,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
