Survey Team Lead

CESO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Team Lead to join our team. As a Survey Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and inspecting the work of survey staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality assurance and quality control
- Serve as staff resource on complex surveying matters
- Manage and assist with preparation and delivery of survey drawings, exhibits, and legal descriptions
- Coordinate with project managers and staff
- Generate proposals
- Responsible for monthly client invoicing
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Survey
- 5+ years of professional surveying experience
- Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
