Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Analyst to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Opportunity Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the online education market, based on national and regional career outlook and higher institution data.
  • Competitor Pricing Analysis: Provide insights on competitor pricing and monitor and report on pricing adjustments made by competitors.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors' online programs, including course offerings, pricing, key differentiators, and graduating class size.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including databases and market reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including university leaders, program developers, and research partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field required, master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in market research, preferably within higher education or the online education sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
