About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping our students achieve maximum independence in their current and future environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop remedial programs to address speech, language, voice, and hearing problems.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to ensure the speech and language needs of our students are met.
  • Focus on functional communication to help our students achieve independence in their daily lives.

Requirements
  • M.S. or M.A. in Speech Pathology with Certification of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) or related requirements.
  • Previous experience in remedial speech/language difficulties in a hospital or school treatment facility.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data collection/analyzing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
