Customer Service Representative – Tucson, AZ

About the Position

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Center team in Tucson, AZ. As a key representative of the Government Employees Insurance Company, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their policies and accounts
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets

Requirements

- 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
