We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Precision Electric, an Industrial Service Solutions company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Arizona and Southern Nevada markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, cold calling to build a pipeline, and strong account management to retain and grow existing accounts. You will take quote requests from customers and outside sales representatives, source necessary components or equipment, and generate proposals. Additionally, you will notify and follow up with customers on any deviations in their order or shipment schedule, verify billing amounts and charges, and have authority to initiate actions and make decisions within established precedents or well-defined policy with regular managerial direction and review.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess 3-5 years of experience in Commercial and Industrial Sales in the Water Well Industry, with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience and success with pumps, motors, and equipment. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, be a self-starter with hands-on leadership experience, and have a deep understanding of pricing, forecasting, cost management, and other financial tools used in driving a successful profit center.
