Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Assess patients and develop plans of care
* Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
* Utilize evidence-based practice to serve as a clinical expert
* Work with patients and families to achieve goals of care
* Assist with managing pain and symptoms related to palliative care
* Engage in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
* Master of Science degree or equivalent
* Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio
* National certification as APRN in the appropriate population foci for the position, or PA
