Job Summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our patients' treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as necessary, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote a culture of quality and safety.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care and quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Master of Science degree or equivalent provision in a relevant field.
  • Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio.
  • Maintains national certification as APRN in the appropriate population foci for the position, or PA.
