- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests and clients, ensuring their events are executed flawlessly.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a leader and mentor to other technicians and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
- Communication: Provide clear instructions to clients on how to operate equipment and maintain open communication throughout the event.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking equipment and reporting any issues or damage.
- Security and Safety: Comply with all Company security and safety measures, ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and equipment.
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Advanced technical operational ability, good working knowledge of computer hardware and software, planning ability, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong team player orientation, and commitment to best-in-class customer service.
