Position Overview
As a Neuro Trauma ICU Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, delivering top-notch nursing care to patients with neurological and trauma-related conditions. Our Neuro ICU RN team is committed to excellence, providing compassionate care while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Conduct thorough nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status, adhering to established care standards and protocols.
2. Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
3. Deliver direct nursing care and oversee non-licensed staff within the RN's scope of practice, following organizational policies.
4. Provide education and emotional support tailored to the patient's age, culture, and condition, integrating family teaching into nursing practices.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A valid Registered Nurse license
- A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in an ICU setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
