Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
Requirements
  • Current Texas State RN license or compact license required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Previous ICU experience required.
