Key ResponsibilitiesOur Registered Nurses set the standard by delivering exceptional clinical care with compassion. The Neuro ICU RN team provides professional nursing services to patients with complex neurological and trauma conditions. We are a dedicated team seeking a remarkable individual who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status, adhering to care standards and specific protocols.
- Developing, implementing, and assessing patient care plans to optimize health outcomes and utilize resources effectively.
- Delivering direct nursing care and supervising non-licensed staff within the RN's scope of practice and established guidelines.
- Providing education and emotional support tailored to the patient's age, culture, and condition, integrating family teaching into nursing practice.
Qualifications Required:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Prior ICU experience is essential.
