About the Role:

  • We're looking for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in managing construction projects, ranging from $20M to $90M.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations is essential.
  • You'll work closely with our team to develop and manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Your expertise in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), P6 Scheduling, and BIM will be valuable assets in this role.
