Job Description

Gage Personnel is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead construction projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will have excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of construction projects
- Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor construction progress and resolve issues
