Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Foreman to join our team and lead commercial pool construction projects across the United States.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled individual with experience in commercial pool construction and site management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial pool construction projects, including scheduling, material procurement, equipment maintenance, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial pool construction projects
  • Provide on-site leadership and direction to construction crews and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage day-to-day operations on the job site, including scheduling, material procurement, equipment maintenance, and quality control
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards and client requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial pool construction and site management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods related to pool construction
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations as required
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Company-provided lodging and per diem for travel expenses. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
