We are seeking an experienced support coordinator to join our Tampa, FL office. Our ideal candidate will provide broad support to various teams, including creating, organizing, and distributing files to teammates and customers, serving as the payroll and compliance coordinator, preparing reports, supporting local and regional staff, and assisting management.

The successful candidate will require proficiency in MS Excel and professional writing and communication skills. Additionally, innovation, flexibility, detailed organization, and the ability to work well with office and field personnel and customers are essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking payment applications with regional production and sales teams,
  • Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly project reporting deliverables,
  • Serving as a liaison between teams for ongoing projects,
  • Planning and executing monthly and quarterly financial reporting,
  • Navigating a dynamic action list,
  • Dominating contractor receivable efforts,
  • Maintaining required project files,
  • Evaluating, suggesting, and implementing new streamline strategies and procedures,
  • Assisting local production as needed,
  • Assisting management.

Qualifications:

  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic,
  • An effective team player with a sense of humor,
  • A creative problem solver with a willingness to take on challenges,
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel (testing will be performed); no coding required,
  • A high degree of attention to detail,
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
