We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at The UPS Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling shipping and packaging needs, including typing and printing shipping labels, properly packaging items, and handling POS transactions. You will also learn printing, copying, faxing, and scanning when needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for mail and package sorting. This role is part of our comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.

Pay starts at $14.00 per hour and is reviewed at least twice annually. We strive to create a pleasant work environment, which is reflected in our long-term employee retention rate. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can work well with others. While a customer service background is not required, it is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle shipping and packaging needs, including typing and printing shipping labels
  • Properly package items and handle POS transactions
  • Learn printing, copying, faxing, and scanning when needed
  • Mail and package sorting

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or graduate student working towards a degree
  • Reliable and on-time
  • Trustworthy and hardworking
  • Works well with others
  • Customer service background is not required but preferred

Available Work Shifts:

Most shifts are available, with a particular need for assistance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons and some Saturdays.
