Key Responsibilities:- Successfully execute established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention
- Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on laser hair removal
- Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment
