  • Meet monthly goals for licensing foster parents and placements, utilizing screening, logging, and referral processes.
  • Facilitate orientation and interviews with prospective foster families, ensuring they understand the requirements and responsibilities of foster care.
  • Process foster family applications in a timely manner, including background checks, medical screenings, and home inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a Human Service field or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience working with clients in foster care.
  • Prefer a minimum of four years of experience working with children and families, with three years of experience in foster care.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of experience in a counseling or social worker capacity.
