Long-Term Care Clinical Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Clinical Lead to join our team at Ashton Health and Rehabilitation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, leading the coordination and completion of Resident Assessment Instruments (RAs). The successful candidate will have a strong background in long-term care, with a minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leading the coordination and completion of RAs in accordance with Federal and State Regulations.
- Assisting with MDS completion as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Notifying the Interdisciplinary Team of MDS Assessment schedules and changes.
**Requirements:**
- A current NC license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Three years of clinical experience in a health care setting, preferably long-term care.
- A current/active CPR certification.
- Possession of personal integrity and professionalism to work effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team, patients, and families.
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
