About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced THERAPY CAREER DEVELOPMENT EXPERT to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is an ongoing position that requires a therapist with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license to practice. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with young children with autism, preferably in a center-based setting.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing occupational therapy programs, conducting multidisciplinary assessments, creating treatment plans, and coaching and mentoring a team of RBTs to effectively translate OT goals into their therapy.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including quality medical, dental, and vision plans, a company 401K with company contribution after a year of service, 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off, options for 4x10 or 5x8 work schedules, and more.
