Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at Boqueria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and creating a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in ensuring the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets
  • Oversee the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness
  • Provide guests with the best possible experience
  • Lead by example and personally exemplify our core values
  • Assist with managing financial implications of operational decisions
Requirements:
  • Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure
  • Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
  • Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
