General Manager of Restaurants

Levy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food, and retail, with a strong background in managing high-volume restaurants and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain positive guest relationships through regular feedback and show-quality standards
- Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
- Promote a positive work environment through hiring, team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
- Maintain state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
- Engage in financial goals with support from the General Manager
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices
- Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
- Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
- Execute inventory controls
- Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines
- Execute all menu requirements and fulfill guest-specific service requests
- Ensure function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly and efficiently
- Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
- Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
- Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure open communication between management and team members
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines
- Display a positive attitude towards team members
- 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
