Position Summary:
We are looking for a Community Engagement Associate to become a vital part of our team. This position focuses on creating and executing community service initiatives, fostering partnerships with local entities, and organizing special events for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute community service initiatives
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations
  • Engage effectively with residents
  • Oversee onsite events and activities
  • Assess community needs through surveys
  • Evaluate program effectiveness
  • Support leasing and resident services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with local resources
  • Experience in community engagement is advantageous
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is a plus
