Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong business owner mindset. This role requires a team player who can lead and collaborate effectively, ensuring the highest level of client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support financial advisors with client onboarding, account management, and administrative tasks.
  • Handle client communications efficiently, including responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on account status.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and follow-up actions are completed promptly.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and secure storage of information.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement effective client service strategies.
  • Identify and propose process improvements, contributing to the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead initiatives.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or other CRM software, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Technologically proficient with the desire and ability to learn new technologies.
