Plasma Collection Center Staff

As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of donors at our plasma collection center.
Your responsibilities will include conducting registration procedures, performing health screenings, and educating donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma.
Responsibilities:- Conducts registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis process.
- Performs health screening procedures, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature checks.
- Takes finger stick samples to obtain donors hematocrit and total protein levels.
- Maintains accurate records of donor data in electronic donor information management system.
- Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
- Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 depending on location and experience.
