Orthodontic Dental Treatment Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Spencer Dental & Braces, a Benevis company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting Orthodontic treatment plans and providing estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner. They will also educate patients about the treatment plan and promote a positive patient experience by answering questions and addressing concerns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Presentation of Orthodontic treatment plans and cost estimates
  • Education of patients regarding treatment options and insurance coverage
  • Collection tracking and monitoring
  • Adherence to company payment policies and procedures
  • Soliciting referrals from satisfied patients
  • Communication with patients and guarantors regarding fees and appointment confirmations
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED Equivalent Required
  • Minimum 1+ years working experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to articulate techniques used in Orthodontics and treatment plan presentations
  • Knowledge of dental insurances, service limits, PPO, Self Pay collections, and financing options
  • Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite
