About the Role

As a Medical Screener at CSL Plasma, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Conduct thorough medical screenings of donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation.
  • Administer finger stick tests to collect blood samples for hematocrit and total protein levels.
  • Assist donors with registration procedures and answer any questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to resolve any donor issues that may arise during or after the pheresis process.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor data and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
  • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
