Industrial Safety Director

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Director to join our client in Braintree, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive health, safety, and loss control program that aligns with regulatory requirements and promotes a safe work culture.
The Industrial Safety Director will:
- Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize accidents and occupational illnesses
- Collaborate with functional departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Analyze and report on past incidents, identifying causes and developing recommendations to prevent recurrences
- Design and implement safety training programs to enhance employee engagement and ownership
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive medical insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in OSHA and EPA regulations.
