We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Director to join our client in Braintree, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive health, safety, and loss control program that aligns with regulatory requirements and promotes a safe work culture.

The Industrial Safety Director will:

  • Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize accidents and occupational illnesses
  • Collaborate with functional departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Analyze and report on past incidents, identifying causes and developing recommendations to prevent recurrences
  • Design and implement safety training programs to enhance employee engagement and ownership

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive medical insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
