Manufacturing Maintenance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Professional to join our team at Wieland, a world-renowned copper and copper alloy specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Effectively communicate with other employees, including supervisors and management.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Operate machine shop equipment, such as lathes, millers, saws, and drill presses, to produce high-quality parts.
- Successfully complete training programs in Crane Safety, Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space, and Powered Industrial Truck operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Work overtime as business needs require.
- Clean and return tools to their designated areas.
- Participate in meetings and adhere to company policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent training approved by the HR Department.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of equipment-specific SOPs.
- Proficient in 3-phase industrial electricity and AC/DC schematics.
- Understand electrical codes and solid-state electronics principles.
- Able to read schematic drawings and size electrically.
- Skilled in acetylene torch and electrical welding, hydraulic systems, and plumbing (pipe fitting).
- Basic carpentry skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
