Fluence Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expansion in the water and wastewater market. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.
We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match, life and AD&D insurance, and flexible spending account.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, finance, or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field. Prior experience working with remote teams and in project execution roles within the water and wastewater municipal industry is highly desirable.
