Regional Insurance Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Minnesota region.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed premium goals in the Minnesota territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to capitalize on them.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of workers' compensation insurance products, services, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, finance).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
- Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Quarterly bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance.
