Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Engineer at Aspire Health Partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of our assets.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose mechanical problems using advanced tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Building Systems Management: Monitor and adjust building heating and air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with the Project Lead on assigned projects.
  • Professional Conduct: Uphold high standards of ethical and professional conduct, adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Background Clearance: Possess a valid Level II Background clearance.
  • Driver's License: Hold an acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with Aspire insurance company's underwriting guidelines.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in general equipment maintenance and repair is highly desirable.
