Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Estimating Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the estimating team and project management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage request for quotes for estimating purposes
  • Download/maintain available files for bidding purposes
  • Setup projects in estimating software
  • Setup subcontractor solicitation software
  • Maintain addendums to projects
  • Update estimating software with new information
  • Prepare submittals required by owner
  • Maintain office supplies for estimating/project management teams
  • Prepare pre-construction, construction, and post construction submittals for projects
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum one (1) or more years of previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work with constant interruption
  • Must be proficient with MS Office to include; Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Work is performed predominately indoors
  • Periodic visits to construction sites or asphalt manufacturing facilities may be required
