A Day in the Life of an HVAC Service CoordinatorAs a part-time HVAC Service Coordinator, your day begins with a focus on ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for optimizing scheduling efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will be conducted in an office setting, utilizing phone and computer systems.
Your main role will involve acting as a dispatcher, where you will handle incoming client inquiries and assign service calls to our field technicians. You will ensure that appointments are scheduled promptly and conveniently, maximizing the productivity of our technicians while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Think of yourself as the conductor of our HVAC operations, orchestrating the various elements to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Additionally, you will perform essential office tasks as needed, engaging with both clients and technicians to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
While familiarity with the HVAC industry or experience with digital dispatch systems is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are willing to train the right candidate.
