About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other store managers and district managers to achieve company objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
