Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our team. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales, recruiting, and placement team by focusing on administrative, clerical, and light industrial recruitment and client development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job seekers
  • Manage data entry into our CRM system
  • Conduct phone screens and administer applications and assessments
  • Audit and enter time cards
  • Schedule candidates for assessments and interviews
  • Process employment verifications and documents in our applicant tracking system
  • Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Strategic-Partner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • Satisfactory computer literacy in Word, Excel, and email software
