Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be the key liaison between our company and customers. You'll have the opportunity to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure, with a comprehensive training program that promotes from within.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate product offerings and benefits
  • Work collaboratively with our public relations department to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with a positive attitude
  • Accountability and coachability
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Pass a criminal background check
