Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Register guests, assign rooms, and process check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling phone calls, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Room Status and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate room status and inventory records, including tracking room availability and making adjustments as needed.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote hotel services and amenities to guests, including room upgrades, packages, and special offers.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
