Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at KMG Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous hotel-related experience desired.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the hotel.
