Influencer Marketing Coordinator:

Magnolia Boutique, a rapidly expanding online women's fashion retailer, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify and curate a list of potential influencers.

• Oversee all aspects of influencer initiatives, from initial outreach to content oversight.

• Draft and manage contracts detailing posting requirements and guidelines for influencers.

• Coordinate product selections and ensure timely shipping to influencers.

• Maintain effective communication with influencers and their representatives.

• Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement and return on investment.

• Provide actionable insights for enhancing future influencer collaborations.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media.

• Explore innovative strategies to elevate influencer marketing efforts.

Campaign Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive reports summarizing influencer and brand ambassador campaign outcomes.

• Participate in strategy sessions to assess influencer performance and plan future initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to create promotional materials for campaigns.

• Assist in organizing events and collaborations involving clients and influencers.

• Oversee the brand ambassador program, serving as the main point of contact.

• Create and manage promotional codes for brand ambassadors and track their effectiveness.

Social Media Engagement:

• Manage direct messages and comments on social media platforms.

• Engage with customers promptly, responding to inquiries and comments.

• Participate in live social media sessions.

• Assist in daily story postings across social media channels.

• Ensure all posts are properly tagged for product visibility.

• Oversee the management of the Instagram Shopping Feed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnerships and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • A keen sense of style and the ability to execute a strategic vision.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for boutique shopping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
