Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Officer to join our team at the Department of the Navy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in integrating, coordinating, and managing strategic and operational level planning, CPI and data analytics, and communication to support execution for our leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate program goals and work plans related to organizational strategic and operational level planning, CPI and data analytics, and command communications.
  • Apply personnel management, EEO, and safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
  • Direct and coordinate the work of others to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop command-wide, long-range plans, program goals, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance.
Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Your resume must demonstrate the following:

  • Formulating program goals and work plans related to organizational strategic and operational level planning, CPI and data analytics, and command communications.
  • Applying personnel management, EEO, and safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
  • Directing and coordinating the work of others to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Developing command-wide, long-range plans, program goals, policies, and procedures.
