Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational performance of multiple locations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and values.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and improve overall patient experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.
