About the Position

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Business Development department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on industrial customers. They will possess a strong understanding of the specialty chemicals industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue key business opportunities, developing and implementing targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver customized sales solutions that meet the needs of industrial customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or a technical discipline).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on industrial customers.
  • Strong understanding of the specialty chemicals industry, including market trends, applications, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, potentially overnight.
