Job Title: Facilities Development Coordinator

LesserEvil Brand Snack Co. is seeking a skilled Facilities Development Coordinator to join our team in Danbury, CT.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to drive the development and execution of our capital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing capital projects in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital project design, development, and execution from concept through closure.
  • Define performance criteria, develop timelines, estimate capital budgets, and manage spend.
  • Coordinate with internal partners, including Plant Operations, Finance, EHS, and R&D.
  • Interact with external vendors, construction contractors, and engineering service contractors.
  • Provide support for local permitting and drive lean and standard work principles.
  • Build strategic relationships with internal customers and external equipment suppliers.
  • Utilize strong communication skills in diverse environments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4+ years of capital engineering project or project management experience.
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Experience managing projects in the $100k - $10 Million range.
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to work in Danbury, CT.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for daily trips.
