Facilities Development Coordinator

LesserEvil Brand Snack Co. is seeking a skilled Facilities Development Coordinator to join our team in Danbury, CT.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to drive the development and execution of our capital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing capital projects in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital project design, development, and execution from concept through closure.
- Define performance criteria, develop timelines, estimate capital budgets, and manage spend.
- Coordinate with internal partners, including Plant Operations, Finance, EHS, and R&D.
- Interact with external vendors, construction contractors, and engineering service contractors.
- Provide support for local permitting and drive lean and standard work principles.
- Build strategic relationships with internal customers and external equipment suppliers.
- Utilize strong communication skills in diverse environments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-4+ years of capital engineering project or project management experience.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Experience managing projects in the $100k - $10 Million range.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to work in Danbury, CT.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for daily trips.
