Family Programming Associate

Key Responsibilities:- Care for children in a nurturing and engaging manner, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide a clean and organized environment, including sanitizing toys and play areas, and maintaining a tidy space.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and engagement in activities.
- Implement age-appropriate activities, such as craft time and story time, to promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and children, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Participate in events, programs, and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Minimum one year of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
- CPR certification required.
The Family Programming Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to adjust to changing circumstances. The position involves daily public contact, problem-solving, and adapting to a frequently changing environment.
