Wraparound Coach, Family Support Liaison Program

At Jewish Family Service of San Diego, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wraparound Coach to join our Family Support Liaison Program team. As a Wraparound Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff in the Wraparound learning process, educating them on every phase of the process, and providing feedback to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with C.A.R.E.S. Replication Team at the National Center for Innovation and Excellence (NCFIE) to promote an individualized, family-driven, community-based, culturally competent, and trauma-informed system of care.
- Assist with complex cases when indicated, while maintaining a caseload of families.
- Conduct reviews of case records, ensure consumer satisfaction, and use of wraparound fidelity tool is incorporated into every meeting.
- Provide coaching and training in Wraparound to new and current staff, with support from the NCFIE C.A.R.E.S. Replication team.
- Foster and maintain ongoing relationships with family members, PSWs, and CWS staff, other providers, and community resources to support staff, families, and the program.
- Some experience as a Wraparound practitioner.
- Personal experience and knowledge of the African American/Black community required.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to coach and collaborate with other FSLP staff, CWS staff, and community providers.
- Comfort in an environment that supports intersecting identities and working closely as a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Valid CA driver's license, a reliable automobile, insurance, and willingness to drive off-site/travel throughout San Diego County.
