About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Southeast region.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Apply consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our mission.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through proactive lead generation and pursuit.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a cutting-edge approach to sales and business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
  • Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners.
  • Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
