We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Southeast region.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
- Apply consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our mission.
- Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through proactive lead generation and pursuit.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a cutting-edge approach to sales and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
- Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners.
- Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
