Job SummaryWe are seeking a Client Partner (Sales Role) - HealthCare Payer who has prior experience in business development in the Healthcare Payer segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Healthcare trends and the business impact for Providers, as well as experience with structured sales methodologies and new age technologies such as Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and RPA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business by driving business development and sales results in assigned region in the Healthcare Payer segment.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle from lead identification through close of sale.
- Build and manage a qualified and healthy Sales Pipeline and coverage.
- Prior track record of achieving quarterly & annual booking and revenue targets.
- Experience in positioning and selling solutions across the Healthcare Payer IT & Digital landscape.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging the partner ecosystem to develop new business.
- Partner with Analysts & Advisors.
- Prior experience in business development in the Healthcare Payer segment.
- Working with the Payer segment for the last 3 years at the minimum.
- Strong client and partner relationships in the Healthcare Payer segment.
- Understanding of Healthcare trends and the business impact for Providers.
- Consultative selling approach, ability to clearly communicate the business value.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies.
- Understanding of new age technologies and relevant use cases in the Healthcare Payer space.
- Ability to team in a complex matrix environment.
- Strong focus on Client Service excellence.
- Ability to travel as needed.
