Deliverables

  • Keyword Exploration: Utilize keyword metrics, competitive analysis, search intent, and other pertinent data to select keywords that align with the client's brand and industry.
  • Content and On-Page Enhancements: Fine-tune meta tags and on-page components (text, visuals, links) to adhere to best practices and keyword strategies.
  • Analytics and Tracking: Assist in the configuration and upkeep of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking systems.
  • Technical Site Assessment: Regularly evaluate the technical performance of client websites, communicate findings, and offer actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Reporting: Summarize critical insights and conclusions from reports, clearly articulating the outcomes of suggested optimizations and next steps.
Strategic Planning & Project Oversight
  • SEO Strategy Development: Formulate tailored SEO strategies and provide proactive recommendations based on the unique objectives and challenges of each client.
  • Timeline Management: Establish timelines for key deliverables and assign responsibilities to team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with web, paid, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives and a unified digital strategy.
  • Account Oversight: Monitor project hours to ensure clients receive optimal value without exceeding budget constraints.
Client Engagement
  • Presentations: Deliver presentations to clients regarding past performance, strategies, and deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Maintain communication with clients on technical matters as needed.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide valuable strategic insights that may impact the client's overall digital marketing performance.
Additional Duties
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends in SEO, CRO, content, analytics, and UX, sharing insights with the team.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling services to foster the growth of the SEO division.
  • Team Development: Assist in training SEO coordinators on essential management tasks and processes.
Qualifications
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO and Google tools, particularly Analytics.
  • Proficiency in technical SEO aspects, including canonicals, XML sitemaps, and schema markup.
  • Experience with local search optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML in relation to SEO.
  • Capability to implement foundational SEO strategies in a WordPress environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.
